All orders normally ship within 24 hours (business days) from the time you place your order. UPS Next Day, 2-Day and 3-Day orders must be placed by 1:00 p.m. Central Time to ship the same day, Monday through Friday only (no weekend pick-up or delivery). For Overnight orders, if your item is out of stock, we will email or call you promptly. We will otherwise only email you if we are unable to ship within one week. We strive to have all items in stock at all times.
Within the US, we ship via the US Postal Service and UPS. Internationally, we ship via the US Postal Service. The cost for shipping and handling is calculated based on the shipping method you choose, the size and weight of your package(s), the destination, and the number of individual products you order.
All available shipping options for your specific order will be presented in your shopping cart prior to submitting your final order. For Canada and International orders, please note that any customs, duties and/or taxes that apply upon receipt of the order are the responsibility of the customer.- Privacy & Security

You may place your order on our website, or by phone, fax, or mail. Please see contact info in our Customer Care section (listed above).
If faxing in your order, please include your credit or debit card number along with expiration date. Also, include your email address and/or phone number in the event that we need to contact you with questions.

- Taxes/Customs/Duties
Because of our presence in these states, orders with a shipping address in Texas will be charged 6.75% sales tax, and orders with a shipping address in South Dakota will be charged 6% sales tax.
Canada and International orders - Any customs, duties or taxes that apply upon delivery of the order are the sole responsibility of the customer.- DVD Regions & VHS Formats
All DVDs for purchase on our site will be designated either All-Region or Region 1. All-Region are not specific to any one region, and can be played on all DVD players in the US or abroad. Region 1 will work with North American DVD players only. However, many DVD players are multi-format. Check your manual for this feature.
VHS Video formats contained on our site are VHS-NTSC format only. We do not carry PAL or SECAM for those orders outside of North America that require this format. There again, many non-US VCRs are dual format and will play the NTSC format. Check your manual for this feature.- Returns & Replacements
We do not accept returns of opened items due to the nature of the products we sell and anti-piracy concerns. You may return unopened items within 30 days of receipt of your order (or gift) for a credit or refund of the cost of the items. Shipping is not refundable. Insurance or tracking is advised.
A credit will appear on your statement within one to two billing cycles, or if you paid by check or money order, you will receive a refund check in the mail within 4 to 6 weeks. If an item is returned damaged no credit will be issued, so please use appropriate packing material. Please include your packing slip and return unopened items only to:

If you receive a defective or damaged video, please do not return it. Instead, email us for replacement instructions at customercare@activevideos.com.
